A month before a big tournemant how would you practice, any differently or not, new drills etc ?

i would do what i always do why change for a tournament what you was doing worked to get you there so why change?

I guess it depends how much you play already.
If you are in a league and playing regularly, then its a case of working on your weak points.

If you only play at home, and only play one or two hours a day, then the extra effort can work wonders, also may be worth popping down the pub for a few games with the regulars.

Speaking to a few guys yesterday, many of them don't practice at all, but from what I gathered they are playing in a league so get practice by playing in real games situations 2 or 3 nights a week.

My main advice/tip is not to over practice the eve of the comp, or you will have a stiff shoulder the next day and suffer for it

in training now; playing every day and as much tounr; rankings as possible... only 2 weeks to the Dutch open..
