In my oppinion (which isnt worth much) carrols worth no where near 35 million. Daglesh will only do well if he has alot of money to spend. And it comes down to good players will only come if ya playing champions league football.

I'm a Leeds fan.
Yes i know everybody hates us, but we don't care.
Quite like Liverpool too as i like "the Liverpool way".
Close down quickly and rush the opposition into mistakes so you win the ball.
Then pass and move or run into space.
The way Revie got Leeds to play too.
I think Carroll and Suarez will be an awesome force once they've played a few games together.

It will be an interesting last game Man Utd V Blackpool.

Man Utd will probably rest a lot of players for the European Cup Final.

Will they get fined for fielding a weakened team like Blackpool did earlier in the season?

Will Blackpool care as they have a great chance to pick up 3 points and stay in the Premiership?

I wonder what Ian Holloway will say about it all?

Yeah he was played at right back again, I rubbed my hands before kick off when I saw that. Jerome Thomas our winger, tore him to shreds just as I thought :biggrinodf:

You also had a penalty that never was (which was saved by Foster) & Peter Crouch tried to gauge one of our players eyes out off the ball.

Using the Oatcake as any sort of barometre is a dangerous thing. 3/4 of the place is a madhouse. 8th in the League, successful Europa Football, FA Cup final, and some still want Pulis out. The amount of times I've read "Puls has taken us as far as he can, time get somebody else" is astounding. Where exactly they want to realistically go I don't even want to know!

My favourite team is Lillestrøm sports club. My uncle has played for them and it has always been my local club. Lillestrøm is the club that has been longest in the top division without relegation. The season starts in 9 days and we have bought 9 players before this season, so im hoping for some medals this year.

The stadium takes 11.400 people. 3 players in my dartclub has appartments facing the stadium, så when its match we carry out the sofa on the balcony to watch the match. In Norway its not allowed to drink beer during the matches, but since they have balcony facing the pitch we can drink beer.

I dont know if that was to me, but when the league starts i can take some pictures from his balcony.

His appartment is on the stadium and the backrow seats are so close that i can use someones head as a bearcoaster, But he has built a stage on his balcony and then we carry the Sofa up on that. Only problem is when we meet our rivals as they can just enter the balcony if they want to fight.

Im going over to him tomorrow to play some darts, i can take some pictures then.

Since it not allowed to buy or drink beer in footballmatches in Norway, the audience always ask if they can buy beer from us, and they are willing to pay serious money for it, but we have never sold. And another thing is that the cameraman always film us, so we get our 5 minutes of fame on the tv every homematch.

But i can upload some pictures tomorrow night or Saturday.

Here`s some picture of my team homearena. You guys are used to huge stadiums so this is nothing for you, but for me this stadium gives me the chills.
Its several bigger stadiums in Norway, but this stadium got soul!

I have a video also, but i dont know how to put it out here.

Yes its really close. the balconys are 28 square meters(?) and another member in my club har the balcony just left to this, they have an opening between them, so its 56 square feet total, and the third member in our club has the balcony above the one i took the picture from, so its better overview from his.

Its now 2 weeks to the first homematch and i will take some more picture of the stadium then when its full of people.

madness!

Heres from Sunday match against Rosenborg. We had a great day practicing on Cricket since its soon Norwegian champoionship in cricket and some good beer and a good match. The match ended 2-2 after Rosenborg scored an offside goal in the 94 minute.

Its a known saying here too Jedi.

Next homematch for us is against Vålerenga, who is our biggest rivals. In the last match one of my clubmember who lives on the second floor threw 2 beercans on the away supporters, and i and some other was in Øyvinds appartment just next too them, and they thought it was us that threw the cans and suddently a man threw something right in my face when Rosenborg scored.

When we meet our biggest rival its always alot of fighting, and last year we got a policeofficer on the balcony througout the match to protect us from 3000 away supporters. Not ideal to have the balcony just behind the awaysupporters.

Sounds like fun!

When we play our local rivals at their ground, they put us in a stand where there is another tier above it with their supporters in. Needless to say we get bombarded with all sorts during the game (including plastic tea cups with urine in them). We always have the last laugh on the pitch though normally :smileodf:

Haha, doesnt sound nice to get a golden shower during a football match.

Maybe we see the next match at Jan Egils balcony, its 2,5 metres above the awaysupporters, instead of 10 inches at Øyvinds balcony.
