Silly sod refused to play tonight
Diddums didn't want to be second substitute

What do city do now!! poor lambs

35 million transfer fee and 250,000 a week down the drain.

When someone says "I wouldn't play for city for 250,000 a week"
I dont think city were meant to take it literally :biggrinodf:

I'll forever think he is a legend after his spell at the Hammers, but I don't think this garbage is doing him any good. I'm guessing that Joorabchien is behind most of this petulance, but any owner/manager in their right mind would think about a dozen times before contemplating signing the man and all the baggage that comes with him. Shame really because he is a severely great talent.

They should drop him and make him go cross country running on Saddleworth Moor in February in his undies, for his 250 grand a week :biggrinodf:

And do a hundred lines every day

"I must not throw my dummy out of the pram"

If he refuses to play then City should refuse to pay. Simples.

I expect a hefty fine and a public apology will follow and I expect he will play again once it washes over. That said I think it will only be until January when Mancini can loan him out somewhere. Nobody will want him if he isn't playing football, it would take several weeks just to get him match fit again

I'd stick him in the Resreves for 2 Months and bring him to down to Earth a bit. ;)
