I do the treadmill in winter, walk and bike when weather is nice. I also lift light weights couple of times a week:biggrinodf: So what do you do?:cheekyodf:

I find climbing and playing guitar help my hands from going stiff.
Fingers stretches sometimes, arm stretches which involve touching the back of my neck.

My general exercises consist of hill walking to help the stamina and
to clear the head chilling out watching the wildlife

I have bought the mrs a cross trainer for christmas, going to use it myself as I want and will loose 3 stone in the new year.

1) Walk to pub.

2) Buy Pint.

3) Hold glass in right hand.

4) Raise right arm, drink pint.

5) Repeat steps 2 -5 until last orders.

How do Larry, I used to be a lot healthier than I was but I do enjoy running which I will be starting up again in the New Year :rolleyes:, I went through a stage of doing some weights but that killed my arms off which was ney good for me darts!

table tennis, alpine ski, bicycle all the year round (not every day unfortunately), play bandy

I once went to the gym, had been thinking about it for years.
Didn't work out. I find any exercise of the arms puts my game off.
I find that if i can manage some early morning darts i throw better later on. Used to think this was superstition but it does actually work!
