There is a thread somewhere, but what you want,is to sign up to photobucket and then your pics automatically go on there, select the pic you want and it gives you a "img code" option, click on that and then right click it on to your new post.

Haven't looked at the how to thread but it may need updating as photobucket have changed their setup again lol. Have only looked at it briefly this morning but I don't like the update so far.

I noticed that too!,if you run the mouse over the top right of a picture,a cog appears, click on that and then click on "get media links"

I've not updated it as they are about to change it and update the website again
Seems daft to do all the work and have to redo it 10 minutes later

I dont know when they are updating the photobucket website
    Sometime this month I imagine

    the principles however dont change
you still create and album and you still copy and paste the [img] code on to the forum

I'll check the links though to make sure they still work

Its a lot to learn this new system
    Go to library

hover over an image untill the cog appears, then select get media links as bomber says
then copy and and paste the [img] BB code
    into your post

I hope it gets easier when you get used to it lol

to Upload an image you drag and drop your image from your computer or click browse file

the on the bottom right click upload
when you've done that return to the library and hover the mouse and click on the cog.

I'll put a piece together when I've got more time

I'm sure it better than it was but it seems hell of a faff at the moment but I'm starting to get used to it and possibly could be swayed to like it

You better take note they are limiting you photo storage unless you pay

Its cost me 42 for two years of pro so we can keep the smilies and stuff
    The tulipsers!!!!

Of course you can do it for free but just remember you are limited

Alternatively you can also use the forums attachments feature for free but I dont like the thumbnails

    To use attachments
Click on the insert image icon
and upload either from your computer or from a url
if you upload from a url remember to uncheck the box

Sorry I've not explained it clearly
I'm a bit pushed for time at the moment

one to photobuck home page theres a switch back to the old system linh in the top right hand corner
here is a link to the photobucket instructions on their site

Alternatively you can upload your images to imageshack

    http://imageshack.us/

once you've uploaded the image to their hosting site
copy the forum code and paste it into the forum reply box

Its better to sign up with them and create an album, but not necessary

    imageshack instructions

To be honest I'm not so keen on imageshack anymore as they now had loads of popup ads
But it is a suitable alternative to photobucket
